Rx focuses muscular strength in posture, foot pressure placement, hip flexibility, ankle strength, ankle flexibility.
 
RED2 SYSTEM:
This system re-educates the body correctly in movement on both a linear and lateral plane. FOCUSES: Foot pressure placement, hip-flexibility, muscular stress management, proper breathing techniques.
 
SHOULDER FIX:
For shoulder Range of Motion, Strength, and proper movement patterns this program has your answers. FOCUSES: Scapula Retraction, Rotator Cuff, Functional Range of Motion (RoM)
 
DMC - Back Strength:
The most common injury plaguing Americans, both athletes and non-athletes alike, manifests in the lower back. DMC has advanced trunk strengthening qualities, placing spine in perfect alignment, permanently eliminating back pain. FOCUSES: Abdominals, obliques, lower back, hip flexor, scapula, hamstring, glute, pectoral, deltoid communication.
