Our approach to fitness -Renegade International Training- was designed by John Davies, one of the most prolific professional sport performance coaches in the world. Davies developed his method while working with top athletes in a wide range of sports - football, hockey, baseball, golf, soccer, snow boarding, tennis, hockey, the mixed martial arts - creating techniques that enable peak physical performance and optimize health. He now has released these methods to the entire population through a select unit of certified professionals across the globe. Adapting the basic tenets of his model to anyone and everyone according to their unique physical needs and goals John has allowed the general public a sneak peak at the highest  level of training.
 
Renegade International Training conditions the whole body according to how it is meant to function and move, supporting proportionate muscle strength and size, proper posture and skeletal alignment, cardiovascular health, and flexibility. Our training style creates lasting benefits throughout the entire lifespan: preventing injury and disease (such as arthritis, hip and knee problems, shoulder and back pain), enabling body control and muscularly supporting proper gait.
