Renegade Jessica

Nine years it had been since she last touched the pitch, and this past November's eve, Jessica took to the field with that same shutter and excitement in her heart she had almost a decade before.

"I just never thought that I would ever be able to play again without pain in my knee."

Jessica's knee has been holding her back from competition for years and after a complete renegade makeover, having her easily navigate Rx5 and gracefully cleaning over 65lbs, she finds herself scoring goals and bringing herself back to the childhood love with sport.

Earlier this year, 8 short months after giving birth to her first son CJ (who has been with her every step of the way), Jessica ran her first triathalon with no pain in the knee. It had been over 6 years since she was able to run more than 20 minutes and she crushed the race, pushing through a contused elbow and bloody knee from a fall on the bike portion. After going through such an amazing transition, Jessica's heart turned to a new goal, the pitch.

Although, similar to the race, Jessica mentioned almost under her breath, matter of fact, that she would be playing soccer only a few days before her first game, her Renegade Training had prepared her well. Jessica's knee didn't hurt at all.

Renegade International and Hordon Health Strikes Again!

On her play, Jessica slyly added at the end of the interview like a Renegade true and true, "I felt really strong. I was even throwing my weight around with some of the guys."

AWESOME! Congratulations Jessica, you've worked so hard!
