The Saga Continues!

As seen on USPlabs:
Cool voiced announcerWhen we last heard from our hero, it was Palm Sunday, and Cashdollar and Amanda had just thrown a successful dinner party.

Soooooo... Holy Week pretty much kicked my booty, and not in the good "that workout kicked my butt" way. I was covering for one of my trainers who was on vacation (60hrs in the shop), had a 4hr rehearsal for my classical gig, a 2hr rehearsal for Big City (my General Business Band, aka GB Band, aka Wedding Band) Thursday night, a gig with Hadrian's Heroes (my original hard rock band) Friday night, and 5 services to sing in (Palm Sunday 9-11:30am, Holy Tuesday 10am-1pm, Good Friday 11am-2pm, Easter Vigil 5:30pm-9:30pm, and Easter 9-Noon = 15.5 hrs at church services). All told, I was working for more than 80hrs last week. With no obligations outside of Hordon Health, I managed to make Monday 4/2 pretty normal;

5am wake, AP & 1mi skate
Drank Modern with my Cliff bar as I trained clients doing REDs and PiNK with them whenever appropriate.
My Monday workout was the Usp Iron Day - Fat Loss with Complex Training
I drank Jack3d prior to and BCAA throughout.
This was a hard workout on my shoulders, and I iced them while watching the NCAA Men's Basketball National Championship with my younger brother, who also lives in Boston
One of the hardest things for me to remember through all of this is the PowerFULL before bed. I noted this as I took it on Monday.

Tuesday 4/3 had a LOT of skateboarding;

5am wake, AP, 1mi skate to train
Cliff Bar, RED2
I sipped BCAA throughout the morning for recovery
1mi skate to Church, 0.25mi skate to train station, 1mi skate from station to home
AP & leftover Eggplant Parm (this seemed to get better as it aged!)
1mi skate to train, 0.5mi skate from station to Hordon Health.
My final Iron Day workout was the Iron Day - Combative Athlete with Non-Conforming Objects
I drank Jack3d prior to, and sipped on BCAA throughout the ordeal.
The Iron day workouts are no joke. If you do everything as suggested, you will get torched. I loved having them as my trainer this first week.
0.25mi skate to the station from Hordon Health, 1mi skate from station to home.
Passed the [expletive removed-ed.] out!

I'll spare y'all blow-by-blow for the rest of the week. Suffice to say that I didn't have enough free time to train at all. My sleep was taken mostly away, and it took me a couple of days chock full of RED2, PiNK, and DMC to get my energy back up to my usual standards. I did manage to perform REDs, DMC, and PiNK often throughout my days, and continued to be steady with Anabolic Pump and PowerFULL (although, as I stated earlier, I haven't successfully modified my evening routine to include it every night). Thursday, I was able to get a modified Fasted Training Protocol session in between my morning AP and my first meal. For those unfamiliar, this is a short burst of work out of a fasted state. My FTP-mod'd routine is; 6min RED2, 10min GPP, 5min PiNK. Always immediately followed by my first meal of the day. Friday was another big skate day, with me logging over 4 miles on my longboard.

I'll leave this update here, with more to come.

Cool voiced announcernext time on Renegade Cashdollar's training/supplement/lifestyle log; Easter Sunday features treasured family traditions and the reintroduction of beer into Cashdollar's diet. There are moments of art and culture, ANNNND a new guest trainer! Tune in.
